Category:

Last night, The 1st Mulled Wine Night, was a success! Lots of people, friends and backpackers gathered in the kitchen around 8 pm, waiting for some sweet hot wine from Fiona who offered to prepare it... Thank you for that Fiona, you are now the Princess of the Hot Wine! :D

A couple of mugs of that wine got the party going, haha...it was great fun and we want say thanks to everybody for beeing there with us and also special thanks again to Fiona!:)

If you want to organize a fun night with your friends or just enjoy a mug of mulled wine yourself this is what you need to prepare it: wine of course, some fresh fruit pieces (like oranges, apples, cloves, star anise, etc), cinnamon and some sugar. Boil the wine and add the rest of the ingredients, stir for a couple of minutes and Enjoy! We did for sure! :D

Edit: Added more pictures from the other nights. (22/2/2012)

The abundance of food and fame of the Dacian wines were so well-known and tempting that, to put an end to the migratory peoples’ repeated invasions, the Dacian king Burebista (1st century BC), ordered the destruction of all vineyards, as his high Priest Deceneu suggested.
