The first edition of Oktoberfest Brasov was organized in 2009 at the foot of Tampa mount by the local Saxon community represented by the German Economic Club. The success of the small Oktoberfest Brasov exceeded all expectations.

Having worked at a few hostels and stayed at many more, this place left me truly impressed. It's been several months now since I stayed, and I feel bad this review has taken so long! I usually don't even leave reviews, but this one has long been on my mind.

I loved staying at the Kismet Dao. My friend and I stayed for part of our ski trip in Romania. We originally planned to stay for 1 night only, but we were so impressed with the accommodation and the warm welcome we received that we stayed for 3!
